Requirements
-
There will be at least one meeting after school each month.

Failure to attend a mandatory meeting will result in a fee of $3 owed to FTA. Failure to attend more than 5 mandatory meetings will result in a loss of FTA membership.
-
Business meetings are important and will be conducted with respect and decorum. When a sponsor or guest speaker has the floor, members should stop talking and listen. If a member fails to stop talking and listen when a sponsor or guest speaker has the floor, that member will be asked to leave the meeting. If a member is asked to leave the meeting on more than two occassions, the result is loss of membership.
-
Each member should strive to participate in all FTA activities and support the organization in various manners.
-
Each member must maintain a C average each nine weeks. If a member falls below the C average mark, he or she will be on academic probation for the next nine weeks. If the member's average does not reach a C average, the member will then lose his or her membership in FTA.
-
Each member should always be respectful not only to faculty and staff of Macon County High School but also to faculty and staff of any school where they may be volunteering. Furthermore, each member should conduct himself or herself in a professional manner.
