March 12 - 8th Grade Orientation (A-J Last name)
March 13 - 8th Grade Orientation (K-Z last name)
Meetings will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the MCHS Auditorium
These meetings will allow parents an opportunity to participate in the registration of their child and allow their questions and concerns to be addressed.

This week is FFA week, please honor the week by dressing up.  Thursday, Feb. 23 is Camouflage Day and Friday, Feb. 24 will be FFA day

Girls Basketball Region Game - Friday - Feb. 24 at MCHS - 7:00 p.m.

Boys Basketball Region Game - Saturday - Feb. 25 at MCHS - 7:00 p.m.

Service Learning is collecting change for the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society.  Please donate loose change in your classrooms.

Sophomores Pre-Registration: Thursday, Febuary 23, 6:30 p.m. in the Auditorium

We will hold a club intramural volleyball tournament on Friday, February 24.  Any FBLA, FCCLA, FFA, or Interact member who would to participate must sign up in room 204

FBLA members:  Please turn in all doughnut orders to Mrs. Gose ASAP.  They will be delivered March 1 due to the snow day

FBLA meeting: Thursday, February 23, 7:45 a.m.

any FBLA member who wishes to attend the state conference must sign up by March 1

Credit recovery is offered Monday through Thursday afternoon from 3:00 until 5:30

FURMAN UNIVERSITY Summer programs in Graphic Design, Leadership Quest, Marketing and Business Administration, Sustainable Living, Conducting-Not just Waving Your Arms, Mock Trial, Pre-Health, Protest, Theatre, and Live Well. WESTERN KENTUCKY UNIVERSITY MEDIA WORKSHOPS   Seniors only.  Workshops in Photojournalism, Cross-platform, and Film.  Each is 4 days and cost $250.Visit www.wku.edu/journalism/staff/index.php

UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE KNOXVILLE   Veterinary Summer Experience Program    Must be a Junior or Senior and have a 3.0 GPA.  Must be able to work (40 hours per week) between June 4-July 27 in Lafayette.  Deadline is March 5.  To apply see Mrs. Jones.  For more information visit www.vet.utk.edu/summerexperience.
